Born 1962 in Dortmund, Trained at Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome & Studies at Freie Universität Berlin; Freelance photographer since 1990; Founder of the photographers agency Third Eye and later member of SIGNUM fotografie; realization of the project FLUCHT (Exodus - 50 million people on the move).
Specialized in reportages, travel, portraits & documentations. Since 2001 in addition to my photography, work as picture editor & researcher; Based in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
